John Cena was also on the top much longer than Steve Austin and wrestled much more than Austin too.
From the '98 Royal Rumble to Wrestlemania XIX, Steve Austin worked 165 televised/PPV matches. From the '05 Royal Rumble to this day, Cena has worked 450 televised/PPV matches. Basic statistics suggest that Cena would have lost roughly over twice as many matches as Austin for them to have equal records.
Obviously John Cena is going to have lost more matches, that tends to happen when a wrestler works more matches, lol. You don't need to create a thread to point out common sense statistics.
