I say they'll be happy with the cash, but I would expect that if you have issues they'll not make an effort to resolve them if it's because you are in another country. That would be the only thing I see happening.

Well if you try purchase it legally you can't because of the geoblock, so that suggests that they are trying to keep you from having it.

Having said that, I have it and i'm from the UK, and even used a .co.uk email when signing up. Is it even illegal what I am doing by using an extension I found in the google chrome store? I doubt they would sell an illegal extension, one that advertises itself as a way of getting the US version of Netflix from outside the US.

So if it isn't illegal there isn't much WWE can do.

It's against the Terms of Service to misrepresent where you're from. So while it's not illegal in terms of the law, it's against TOS and they have every right to cancel your service if they ever find out.

What extension is that? May have to download it.

Can you imagine the uproar if, in some attempt to alleviate stress on the servers, every overseas account gets shut down just before Wrestlemania? Holy shit...

I doubt they'd ever go through the lengths to do so. Besides, that would go incredibly far in eroding any goodwill between WWE and their overseas fans. They'd be within their rights in doing so, but I don't see it happening.
