Laughing hysterically at the idiots in this thread calling Bret a dick for "whining"...you do realise you're on a wrestling forum, right? This is the epicenter of whining. Also, since when is giving a valid opinion, bashing? He said Triple H hasn't had a memorable match that didn't feature some sort of stipulation, which is completely true. He also said he is an average worker, something I don't totally agree with, but it is just an opinion. He could have come out and said, "HHH is the worst wrestler ever, has had no memorable matches ever and he buries everyone and gets what he wants cause he's married to the boss' daughter." THAT would be bashing him!
But he did say that... He said that Triple H is not on his top 1,000 list...
Triple H had never had any good matches without stipulations? He had matches with Kurt Angle, Chris Benoit, Bret is clearly biased here...
A Dick, are you kidding me that's an Understatement. Bret's a Scumbag, if you knew the things bret did you'd have far more respect with other wrestler's heinous acts except maybe Benoit's, i can't stand that Austin ever did beat his wife and i can't stand domestic violence but that's easily preferable to Bret's whining.
And he has no Business Holding grudges with a man with twice the charisma and wrestling ability as he has.
Kind of funny about their standing in life
HHH is a well respected man, has a beautiful wife and kids and trustworthy enough to be an heir to an empire.
Bret is a bitter old and obscure man whom nobody will remember, spent all of his riches and will apologize to HHH someday, Bret has to make do with what little he's got, not saying he's not set for life he may as well be is but compared to HHH, Hart's styanding in life is pathetic.
This is the worst post I've ever seen on this website
HHH was part of the group that screwed Bret, so of course Bret would hate him. Though to be fair Bret did go over the top( a little), when he said that HHH doesn't belong in his top 1000 list
THE ROCK: The biggest star and draw of pro-wrestling industry EVER.
1. Holds the record of drawing most arenas with 10,000+ attendance on top in one calendar year. [Broke Hogan's(1986) and Austin's(1998) record in 1999 and set a record of headlining over 100 shows with 10,000 plus people in attendance in year 2000. A box-office drawing record that is unsurpassed till date.]
2. Holds the record of main-eventing almost 17 PPVs that have got over 500k buys. Over 80% of the PPVs he main-evented drew over 400k buys. As a PPV headliner no one is even close.
3. Drew the highest cable ratings during the AE(real quartely segments not over-run). Took ratings to heights never before seen in 2000.
4. Sold more merchandise than anyone active(Austin) between mid 1999-2001.
At this point I don't think HHH cares what people have to say about him, I'm pretty sure that he's developed a thick skin from a decade plus of fans and other folk always whinning about him. If anything Bret Hart has a beef with HHH, and understandably so if Trips was the "mastermind" behind the screw job( in which I believe was a work anyway).
Taking Women's Wrestling to a New Level
That shit had me feelin' like
Bret and Shawn were friends prior to WrestleMania XII. It took him awhile to bury the hatchet with Shawn, but I think he always had more disdain for Hunter for being the conniver that he is.
His ex-wife even called The Game out on his BS on the Wrestling With Shadows documentary.
Makes you wonder after Vince is gone if Hunter Hearst Helmsley will try to keep the peace and preserve Hart's legacy in good business or go back to burying him for taking it personal.
What is funny about this Shawn was saying in his book hes the one that brought up the idea of a screwjob, but in the DVD with Bret he seems to put it all on Triple H.
That's why I can never take Shawn at face value. He's always changing his story on Montreal. On the Heartbreak & Triumph, he said he was a company man doing what he was told.
"Right now, I'm walking through this cemetery. Not because I'm sad. Because it inspires me. It's the most motivational place on Earth. Why is that? Because people die. When you accept the fact that your time on this Earth is limited, you'll do whatever it takes to make it count." - Bryan Bowers
They probably still hate each other. Bret at least seems to think Triple H has a massive ego as he keeps trying to get under his skin with the "4/10" and "not in my top 1000" lines. Triple H has kept his mouth shut as far as I know. Guarantee if HBK and Vince hadn't made peace with Bret they'd be shitting all over him though, like they did with Warrior in that DVD of his (I think it was him iirc).
I saw one of those shoot interviews. Nothing really strange here. He said that HHH is good at what he does but just not great....it's an opinion and everyone has one about this stuff.
At least the thing I know what I will hear from Bret is always the truth and he won't try to sugar coat anything...also like everyone on here he has his own favorites(he said CM Punk was one of his favorites) and guys that he thinks less of(guys like HHH but especially Hogan since he never was a great wrestler).
We can call him bitter and old but still if people don't like what he has to say....I say don't watch his shoots...just go make your own YouTube videos and put over people you like and tell us about people you think less about and why.
