Re: Best WWE debut of all time?

Kane by a country mile.

Dat buildup.
Dat gap between the build up and the actual debut (made people forget slightly and then BAM).
Dat match.
Dat entrance.
Dat fatman.
Dat tearing off the door.
Dat hurling the ref to ground.
Dat Taker reaction.
Dat pyro. (people didn't just fucking cheer... THERE WERE GENUINE GASPS)
Dat manhandling turning tombstone.
Dat exit.

There isn't a single debut that can compete.... anywhere ever. Jericho's intro was solid but the promo wasn't his best and the Rock didn't help matters. For pure impact and effectiveness there's nothing that comes close to Kane's debut.

(0) Fatu (1) Road Dogg (2) Kurrgan (3) The Godfather (4) Goldust (5) Kane (6) Val Venis (7) Prince Albert (8) Billy Gunn (9) Grandmaster Sexy (10) Steve Blackman (11) Al Snow (12) Raven (13) Perry Saturn (14) The Honky Tonk Man (15) Tazz (16) Crash Holly (17) Albert (18) Scotty 2 Hotty (19) The Rock (20) Big Show (21) Rosie (22) A-Train (23) Rob Van Dam (24) Mark Jindrak (25) Bobby Lashley (26) Tommy Dreamer (27) Sabu (28) King Booker (29) Rowdy Roddy Piper (30) Jimmy Snuka (31) John Morrison (32) Dolph Ziggler (33) Santino Marella (34) Finlay (35) Matt Hardy (36) Ezekiel Jackson (37) The Great Khali (38) Daniel Bryan (39) CM Punk (40) Ryback (41) Dolph Ziggler (42) Bray Wyatt (43) Dean Ambrose

Re: Best WWE debut of all time?

The Miz had a great debut match. He took Tatanka to his limit, and with some help from the ropes, edged out a victory over the Native American. Epic match, epic way to debut.

This is why I want to see Joe and Styles in WWE. Their debuts will be well received especially if held in a very smarky city.

Rollins then pins Reigns for the win, it gets the title off Lesnar without hurting his monster image and give Reigns someone to feud against for the next few months.

This is how I would cash in.
I saw it coming a month before Wrestlemania.
