Sting vs. Chris Jericho w/ Vince McMahon
Special Guest Referee Eric Bischoff
If Chris Jericho wins, Sting must sign with the WWE

Vince McMahon has had the greatest wrestlers of all time compete in his wrestling promotion. Some of the greatest like Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, The Undertaker, Stone Cold, and The Rock. But Vince has been trying to beg to sign one more wrestler to add to this elite group of wrestlers. Vince has been trying for years to get Sting to sign with the WWE. Sting had finally responded to McMahon and said he doesn’t like him, doesn’t want to work with him, and isn’t interested in signing with the WWE. He is a WCW wrestler and would never work for the wrestling promotion that took WCW out of business. Vince then told Sting, what if they had a match together. If Sting loses then he must sign with WWE, if Sting wins then Vince will never bother him again. Sting finally agreed to the deal if he can pick the special guest referee. At the contract signing after Sting signed the contract, Vince told him instead of him wrestling, there will be someone to represent him in this match. Then there was a shocking return of Chris Jericho when he attacked Sting from behind. The following week, Sting announced that the special guest referee would be someone they that both hate and want to destroy. Sting choose Vince McMahons number 1 rival Eric Bischoff to be the special guest referee. Can Vince McMahon trust Chris Jericho on representing him to get Sting on the WWE roster? Will Eric Bischoff screw McMahon and Jericho in the match? Will Sting be the newest member on the WWE roster after this match? Two of the greatest wrestlers of all time, WCW icon Sting will compete against former WCW wrestler and future WWE Hall of Famer in a one on one match up in the main event at Ratmania V.

Buried Alive Match
The Undertaker vs. Bray Wyatt

The Wyatt Family had successfully taken out Kane for numerous weeks now. At Summer Slam, Bray Wyatt had successfully defeated Kane in the “Ring of Fire” match. After the match the Wyatt’s continued to attack Kane. Then Bray tossed Kane into the fire which led Kane to be set on fire. Kane will be out of action for weeks for him to recover from his burns. The next day after Bray won his match on Raw, the arena lights went out and turned back on real quickly. Undertaker was standing in the ring and attacked Bray Wyatt right away. Undertaker wants to get revenge on Wyatt for his attacks on his brother, Kane. Taker wants to get rid of Wyatt for good, so he challenged Bray Waytt to a Buried Alive Match at Ratmania V. Bray Wyatt might have set Kane on fire, but can he also take out his brother, The Undertaker by burying him alive?

TNA World Heavyweight Championship Match
Abyss vs. Magnus

Abyss and Magnus are two of the strongest competitors in TNA today. The newly crowned TNA World Heavyweight Champion Abyss is looking for an opponent for his championship. TNA’s rising star, Magnus won the triple threat number 1 contenders match for the TNA World title on an episode of Impact. This will be Magnus’ first chance to win a world championship in TNA. Can the new number 1 contender, Magnus defeat the monster, Abyss in his very first championship match?

Inferno Match
Gangrel vs. Vampiro

Gangrel had successfully won the triple threat inferno match against Graves and Vampiro. Vampiro feels that he was off that night and believes that he can defeat Gangrel in a match. Gangrel accepted his match as long as he gets to pick the stipulation. Gangrel picked their match to be another inferno match.

Victoria vs. Paige w/ Corey Graves
The last time these two met each other, Victoria got the win with a cheap shot with a steel chair when the ref was down. Paige knows that she can defeat her so she challenged Victoria to a rematch. Paige’s new boyfriend, Corey Graves is concerned about Paige getting attack again with another cheap shot, so he will be in her corner for this match. Can Paige get a win this time against Victoria in the rematch?

Chuck Palumbo and Sean O’Haire vs. Pyschosis and Juventud Guerrera
Two of the greatest crusierweights in WCW history have decided to put their to put their talents together, and form a new tag team. That’s right, Psychosis and Juventud Guerrera want to make a name for themselves in the tag team division. Former WCW tag team champions, Chuck Palumbo and Sean O’Haire find the new tag team to be an overrated tag team and will not make it big in the business as a tag team. Palumbo and O’Haire challenged this new tag team to a match to prove that they are not as big and as good as they say they are.

God damn this is a tough one to call. Both of these cards are great and i'd be happy to shell out money to watch both of these PPV's. Not too sure who to vote for just yet.

EDIT: Gave my vote to jamjam. Both cards are great but jam edges this one out by just a little bit. Whoever wins this matchup has damn sure earned it.
