Generation Wars II : Triple Threat
Generation Wars I went off the air with the Rock N’ Wrestling Era on top of the wrestling world, with a returning Randy Savage laying out John Cena in the main event and costing him the world title. Tonight, we get a clash of the titans as the biggest star of the modern era takes on both Randy Savage & world champion Roddy Piper who has ‘ace’ Bob Orton & “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff in his corner. Can Cena & Savage put their blood feud aside for one night in order to combat the interference from outside parties, or will their egos allow Piper to walk out once again with the world title in hand? We’ll find out tonight when the three mega stars go head to head to head in a barbaric TLC match with everything on the line.
During the last PPV, Floyd Mayweather beat the piss out of Vince Russo inside of the barbed wire steel cage, allowing “Money” to overcome the boss and put him out of commission once and for all… However Russo swore revenge, and is looking to achieve revenge with his new mercenary DAVE BATISTA. Batista is the clear favourite heading into the match, however Mayweather is adamant about his ability to end a match with a one punch knockout at any time. Will Russo get his revenge through the might of “the altered beast”?
The third main event features two men coming off the biggest wins of their careers; Warrior over “the animal” Batista, and Hansen in a deadly fatal four way which crowned him to be the “King of Puroresu”. Something’s gotta give in this bout when two of the most popular worldwide stars of their generations clash in all out warfare. Which man will make his case as the new number one contender?
Aside from the three main events, the undercard features four bouts including the highly anticipated rematch between The Fabulous Moolah & AJ Lee, a Monster’s ball match between Umaga, Kamala, & the Great Khali, a puroresu triple threat that will no doubt steal the show between Kawada, Tsuruta & Misawa, & the battle for America between Sgt Slaughter & Hacksaw Jim Duggan. In a night of old stars battling new stars, monsters fighting it out, & Puroresu legends competing, it’s only a matter of time before there are casualties.
