Hey guys.. you might have seen the other thread I posted last night with this, but if you haven't, it doesn't matter.

Basically, I devised a little game where you fill in a load of questions as though you were the owner of WWE. Now, I've made the game much more complex, and one that will advance as time progresses, with the plan that I will do 12 "months", with various chapters in each month.. you'll see what I mean as you get into the game.

Anyway, the main two things you need to know to play this game are..

- NEVER read ahead
- USE notepad and calculator to assist you

You will want your questions notepad to look something like this - http://pastebin.com/uGJstrWM
You will want your roster notepad to look something like this - http://pastebin.com/wBtAjzCA

We start with the first game month "April 2013" and the game will end in 1 year. I will post the months in series, probably 1 every couple of days, until we get to WrestleMania 30, the grand finale.

When you have finished doing each month, post your updated rosters/balances/question list so we can all see how you are progressing. It doesn't have to be a competition, as it's more just to do with having fun, but you can make it what you want to be.

I will start the game in the next post.

RULES OF THE GAME
- Chapters in GREEN you must answer if the conditions in them apply to you. If they don't apply to you, you can skip them.
- Chapters in RED must be answered no matter what
- Your balance CAN go below zero once the game is underway, but not before. When making your roster, the furthest you can go down is zero, although it is advisable that you retain some of your balance if you want to try and survive the year.
- All money is rounded DOWN to the nearest million. So if you earn a total of 3.7mil for example, it is rounded DOWN to 3mil.
- Your roster must ALWAYS be complete. No exceptions.
- You may NEVER re-hire a wrestler if you lose them from your main roster once.

NOTE: To play this game, you will definitely need to open 2 instances of notepad, or wordpad, or anything like that. To run notepad, just go to start > run and then type notepad.exe and hit enter

You may or may not also need to use a calculator, but the mathematics involved is fairly simple.

*READ EVERYTHING IN THE GAME CAREFULLY*, and copy and paste the bolded questions into the first separate notepad file as you go.

-GAME START-

You win a global sweepstake lottery worth 2.2billion and decided in a moment of stupidity that you would love to take over control of WWE from Vincent Kennedy Mcmahon. First, you buy out all the shareholders, then you pay Vince and the Mcmahons generously for their shares. Before you realise it, you are 2bil out of pocket and are now left with 200mil to spend on yourself and your new company.

First things first.. you need to hire a Chief Operating Officer to take over all the mundane and boring tasks that you can't be bothered to do yourself. The following 5 men apply for the job..

- Triple H
- John Laurinaitis
- Shane Mcmahon
- Jim Ross
- Diamond Dallas Page

You wade through their CV's and choose one. (Remember, copy and paste the bolded questions into a separate text file and fill in the answers as you go...)

New COO:

Now you need to decide how much work you want to give him. On a scale of 1-10, choose how much work you think your new COO should do..

Amount of work the COO should do (1-10):

Now that is sorted, your COO has some questions to ask you about where you want the direction of the company to go...

You are currently spending money outside of the main wrestling aspect of the business on the following..

- WWE Films, 50mil
- Linda 2016, 10mil
- NXT Training, 20mil

Shut down WWE films? (Yes/No):
Invest in Linda 2016? (Yes/No):
Shut down NXT training facility? (Yes/No):
New Orleans has pulled out.. host WrestleMania 30 in which city?:

So take your 200mil, and add any money you may have saved and declare your current total..

e.g., if you decided to keep NXT and WWE films, but stopped investment in Linda 2016, your new balance will be 210m

Current Bank Balance:

You've told your COO what to do, now you need a head writer to write the TV shows. The following 5 apply for the job:

- Paul Heyman
- Dave Lagana
- Vince Russo
- Dutch Mantell
- Jim Cornette

Head Writer:

Your COO comes to you and tells you Syfy have cancelled Smackdown after the news of Vince Mcmahon being bought out, leaving only Raw left on the air and your 12 PPV's a year. Because of this, the roster needs to be managed into one touring house show, instead of the split brands. First thing's first, you need to choose your face of the company.. do you stick with John Cena the money man or go with a new preferred guy? Don't worry about current storylines, as your new head writer can write any guy to be heel or face. Injuries also don't count in this game, so if you're a Rey Mysterio mark, you can go with him. One thing you will note, your COO has decided to give whoever you name as face of the company a 20million dollar contract. Also note, you can't choose your face of the company to be a part time guy.. that means no Rock, Brock, Taker, Triple H or Jericho.

Face of the company ($20mil):
Heel or Face:

Balance Remaining:

Next we need to sort out the rest of the roster.. as a guide, here is the WWE roster that you can choose from, with how much each wrestler costs.

- Alberto Del Rio - 10mil
- Alex Riley - 1mil
- Antonio Cesaro - 4mil
- Big E. Langston - 2mil
- Big Show - 7mil
- Bo Dallas - 1mil
- Brock Lesnar (part-time) - 12mil
- Brodus Clay - 4mil
- Camacho - 1mil
- Chris Jericho (part time) - 8mil
- Christian - 8mil
- CM Punk - 13mil
- Cody Rhodes - 5mil
- Curt Hawkins - 1mil
- Damien Sandow - 3mil
- Daniel Bryan - 9mil
- Darren Young - 2mil
- David Otunga - 3mil
- Dean Ambrose - 6mil
- Dolph Ziggler - 7mil
- Drew Mcintyre - 3mil
- Epico - 1mil
- Evan Bourne - 1mil
- Ezekiel Jackson - 2mil
- Fandango - 4mil
- The Great Khali - 7mil
- Heath Slater - 4mil
- Hornswoggle - 5mil
- Hunico - 2mil
- Jack Swagger - 5mil
- Jey Uso - 2mil
- Jimmy Uso - 2mil
- Jinder Mahal - 4mil
- John Cena - 15mil
- JTG - 1mil
- Justin Gabriel - 3mil
- Kane - 9mil
- Kofi Kingston - 6mil
- Mark Henry - 10mil
- Michael Mcgillicutty - 3mil
- The Miz - 8mil
- Primo - 3mil
- R-Truth - 6mil
- Randy Orton - 13mil
- Rey Mysterio - 11mil
- The Rock (part time) - 15mil
- Roman Reigns - 5mil
- Ryback - 10mil
- Santino Marella - 4mil
- Seth Rollins - 5mil
- Sheamus - 11mil
- Sin Cara - 7mil
- Ted Dibiase - 3mil
- Tensai - 3mil
- Titus O' Neil - 4mil
- Triple H (part time) - 12mil
- Tyson Kidd - 1mil
- Undertaker (part time) - 10mil
- William Regal (part time) - 3mil
- Yoshi Tatsu - 2mil
- Zack Ryder - 2mil

Now, you have to decide your roster. Your COO and Head Writer agree that you need a streamlined roster of 25 full time superstars and 2 part-time stars. The stars will be split into 6 tiers..

- Face of the company (1)
- Main event tier (6)
- Upper mid-card tier (6)
- Lower mid-card tier (6)
- Jobber tier (6)
- Part timers (2)

And will end up looking something like this - http://pastebin.com/wBtAjzCA

So you have your face of the company already.. next, you need to decide your 6 main eventers after him. 3 will be heel, 3 will be face. Ignore current WWE storylines and designate anyone as face or heel.. but beware, the consequences may come back to haunt you later. You can choose any 6 guys, but you *CAN NOT* go below zero on your balance before the roster is complete.

First, list your current balance..

Balance before purchasing:

Next, choose your top 6 guys after your face of the company. No part timers can be used in this section. As you are writing them down, *MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THEIR VALUES LISTED NEXT TO THEIR NAMES, AS THEY MAY CHANGE IN TIME*

Main Eventers
Face
1.
2.
3.

Heel
1.
2.
3.

Calculate how much money you have just spent and deduct it from your balance.. how much do you have left?.

Balance after purchasing:

Now, do the same again, but for your upper mid-card

Upper mid-card
Face
1.
2.
3.

Heel
1.
2.
3.

Balance after purchasing:

Again, for your lower mid-card..

Lower mid-card
Face
1.
2.
3.

Heel
1.
2.
3.

Balance after purchasing:

Again, for your jobbers...

Jobbers
Face
1.
2.
3.

Heel
1.
2.
3.

Balance after purchasing:

Now, you must sign 2 part-timers of your choice. One has to be a face and one has to be a heel. Refer back to the roster.. it can be any two of the following:

- Brock Lesnar (part-time) - 12mil
- Chris Jericho (part time) - 8mil
- The Rock (part time) - 15mil
- Triple H (part time) - 12mil
- Undertaker (part time) - 12mil
- William Regal (part time) - 2mil

Part-timers
Face:
Heel:

Now figure out your total balance afterwards.. if you went lower than 0, you fucked up and you have to go and re-manage your roster again.

Total Balance Remaining:

Remember at the start when I said you need two notepad files? The 2nd one, paste your final roster into it.. you're going to be chopping and changing it as the game progresses, so you will need it handy at your side.

Now, whenever you see this

==PASTE UPDATED ROSTER/CHAMPIONS HERE==

You need to paste the way your roster/champions list currently looks in your main notepad file as you progress. It should come after the questions you have answered already and look something like this - http://pastebin.com/wBtAjzCA

So you now have your roster sorted. But before the game begins, your head writer needs a little bit of info on how you want to run your show...

TV rating (TV14 or PG):
Allow blood? (yes/no):
Chairshows to head? (yes/no):
Focus on matches or angles?:

Now all that info is ready, it's time to start the game.. have fun, and remember, don't read ahead or cheat.. it's not about winning or losing, it's about seeing how shitty we all are as businessman.

The months ahead will be long and full of adversity, so get ready, because the show is about to start...

go!

=APRIL=

WrestleMania 29 is over and Extreme Rules is on the way. WWE is now under your control, so congratulations buddy. The roster has been streamlined down and all systems are go.. almost..

Chapter 1 - Extreme Rules
First problem's first, your Head Writer has refused to write the show unless you let him proceed with his vision from scratch. He suggests since this is a new era, all belts should be stripped and new champions should be crowned. He gets rid of your diva, tag team and US titles and leaves you with 3 titles - The WWE Title, The World Heavyweight Title and the Intercontinental Title. He wants you to help him with the booking at your first PPV, Extreme Rules.

RULES
- For your WWE title match, you MUST have your face of the company vs. another main eventer.
- If your face of the company is a babyface, he may fight a main event babyface OR main event heel.
- If he is a heel, he must fight a main event babyface only.

EXCEPTIONS
- If Vince Russo is your booker, you can book any 2 stars on the roster in your WWE title match.
- If Jim Cornette is your booker, you must have a babyface vs. heel match, no matter what.
- If Paul Heyman is your booker and you have CM Punk as one of your main eventers, he must be in the match, no matter what.

Main Event - WWE Title - Last Man Standing
Match:
? vs. ?
Winner:

Now that you have booked that match, you must decide your WHC and your IC title matches.

RULES
- For both your IC and WHC matches, you must have a face vs. heel match.
- Your WHC match can only consist of main eventers and/or upper mid-carders
- Your IC match can only consist of upper mid-carders and/or lower-mid carders

World Heavyweight Title - I Quit Match
Match:
? vs. ?
Winner:

IC Title Match - 2/3 falls Match
Match:
? vs. ?
Winner:

The rest of the card is booked by your head writer.

Now, list your current champions and keep them on the roster file handy.

WWE champion:
World Champion:
IC Champion:

Now, it's time to figure out how much money this show has made you.

- Add the value of both your main event competitors and divide it by 10. For example, if the match was John Cena (15mil) vs. Randy Orton (13mil), it would be 28mil / 10, which = 2.8mil
- Round that figure DOWN to the nearest million. Going with the Cena/Orton example, that match would be rounded down to 2mil
- Add 1mil if you allowed TV14 at the beginning
- Add 1mil if you allowed blood at the beginning
- Add 1mil if you allowed chairshots to the head at the beginning
- Add 1mil if your booker is Paul Heyman
- Subtract 1mil if anyone 5mil or below in value won the WWE title
- Subtract 1mil if anyone 3mil or below in value won the WHC title
- Subtract 1mil if Sin Cara or Rey Mysterio were in the WHC I quit match
- Subtract 1mil if you have John Cena on your roster but he wasn't in either of the big 2 matches

Now, calculate how much you earnt or lost

Extreme Rules Earnt/lost:

Add that total to your balance..

Balance:

There you have it. This is how PPV's will work in this game.. some may become a little trickier in the future as the story progresses, but at least now you have a basic understanding of how it works.

So, let's continue with the month of April

Chapter 2 - Tyson's Demand
This chapter only applies if you have Tyson Kidd on your roster in a jobber or lower mid-card spot. If you don't, skip to chapter 3.

You are sitting in your office one day, when suddenly the door gets booted down. You look up to see one of the most menacing figures you have seen in your life.. it's none other than perennial jobber and in-ring suplex guru, Tyson Kidd.

But.. Tyson has changed.. He looks different some how. You notice he has beefed up in size, and though his movement has become more cumbersome and slow, he had a star power you have never noticed in him before. This guy is a main eventer waiting to happen.

He slams his fist down on your desk and demands you make him a main eventer after all the hard work he has put in trying to excel himself.

-If you agree to Tyson's demand, you MUST swap him with one of your main eventers in the same role he is in. For example, if you have Tyson as a face and you have Sheamus, Orton and Big Show as your main event babyfaces, you must swap Tyson with one of those, making the other become a jobber/lower mid-carder. You also add 5mil onto Tyson's value.
- If you don't comply to Tyson's demand, he leaves your company and goes to join TNA as a big new superstar, and you lose 3mil out of your balance. You also MUST replace him, by signing someone else in his position for the value listed on the initial roster above.

So, what do you say?

Get the fuck out of my office/You've got it, Kidd!:

Now, you're going to be seeing this a lot as the game progresses..

=PASTE UPDATED ROSTER/CHAMPIONS HERE=

Whenever you see this, paste the updated roster on your main text file, as well as keeping it updated on your roster text file. It is to help you keep track of your progress as you go along.

Current Balance:

Chapter 3 - Your IC Champ Sucks

List your current IC Champion:

Raw has been progressing with your new vision for the WWE, but there has been a problem. Your COO and Head Writer both agree that your IC champion is NOT getting over and the guy sucks. There needs to be a change. You call the IC champ and your Head Writer into your office.

- If your head writer is Dutch Mantell, you MUST side with him.
- If your IC champion is worth 9mil or more, you MUST side with them.
- If the above 2 rules clash, you get to choose whoever you want.

Both guys are now in your office. Your head writer tells your IC champ that he sucks and despite all the great material he's been giving him, he can't get over for shit. Your IC champ disagrees and slaps your head writer in the face. Both guys say they can't work with the other. You must fire one of them now.

- The head writer threatens to file a lawsuit with the WWE and sue you for 20million dollars unless you pay up 10mil to him on his way out the door.
- If you fire your writer, you must hire a new writer from the remaining other 4 choices immediately.
- If you fire your IC champ, you must pay and hire a new member for the roster to take his place as the roster must ALWAYS be completely full.

Who do you side with, the IC champ or your head writer?:

Now that you have made the decision, either hire a new wrestler to take your former wrestler's spot, or hire a new head writer.

New wrestler or head writer:

Updated Current Balance:

=PASTE UPDATED ROSTER/CHAMPIONS HERE=

Whenever you see this, paste the updated roster on your main text file, as well as keeping it updated on your roster text file. It is to help you keep track of your progress as you go along.

Chapter 4 - To bang or not to bang?

You're sitting in your office one day, when Kelly Kelly enters your office from out of nowhere. "Hey babe," she says, playing with her hair. She leans over your desk with her cleavage in your face and offers to give you the night of your life if you sign her to a contract.. don't have a divas division? Create one just for her, she says. Give her 15 minutes of TV time a week, at least. So what do you say?

Bang Kelly Kelly and give her lots of TV time? (yes/no):
Slap her ass on the way out the door? (yes/no):

Chapter 5 - IC Title Match on Raw

After all the shenanigans with your IC champion, you either haven't got an IC champ now, or you have one who needs to be taught a lesson in front of the boys. Either way, a new IC champ is being crowned tonight.

RULES and EXCEPTIONS
- You MUST crown a new IC champion.
- If you played the Tyson Kidd chapter and retained his services, he must become your new IC champion in this chapter. If Tyson was already your IC champion anyway, he loses his belt to the new challenger.
- If Vince Russo is your booker, there is a swerve! Lower mid-card heel #3 comes in and for some crazy reason wins the title in the middle of the match (but be sure to still list the original match).

Your IC championship match will be one of these options:

If IC was vacated - Upper mid-card face #2 vs. Upper mid-card heel #3
If retained IC champ is heel - IC Champ vs. Upper mid-card face #1
If retained IC champ is face - IC Champ vs. upper mid-card heel #2
If you have super-Tyson Kidd - IC Champ vs. Tyson Kidd -OR- Tyson Kidd vs. Upper Mid-card face #3

So, list the match:

IC Title Match:
Eventual Winner:

Now, lets figure out if you made any money from this match..

- Add the value of the two (or three) competitors in the match. If goes above your face of the company's original value (not the 20mil), you earn every million dollar after that. I.e., if the match is Brodus Clay (4m) vs. Daniel Bryan (9m) and your face of the company is Del Rio (10m), then you earn 3mil. Remember, if you have Super-Tyson, you use his new value.
