Well, actually, he appeared on a "roulette" segment. And you know, Sandow appeared twice too and so my original scoring WAS correct.
Both men appeared backstage during different "roulette" segments where the weel was spun. That counts as an appearance. They then later appeared in matches.
Either way, you still would not have won. It's a close match, but you would still be behind regardless.

I mentioned last week that I was considering instituting some scoring changes. Chief among which would be making "Win a Title Match" points accumulative (i.e., you get normal victory points and the title victory bonus when you win a title match). But then make "Lose a Title Match" separate. So, you either get a "Defeat" penalty for losing a normal match or you get a penalty for losing a title match, but never both.
The way it stands now, Sandow and Rhodes received double penalties for losing the title match, and I think that's too much of a penalty and gives way too much of a discrepancy between winning and losing a title match.
Here are a list of my other proposed changes that I have been working on. Now is as good a time as any to introduce them:

I don't have a problem with general PPV's and Thunder scoring systems nor the amounts. I just found that for Over The Top it was abit 'all over the place'. Like you got points for appearing on the PPV, points for appearing in the Rumble and points for being in the actual match. If you get me.
Getting rid of the double punishment/bonus is great. If you wanna make changes to the amount of points that's fine by me (not that you need my permission ). At times it ha been way to easy to score points. Like Ryback used to get 10 every week without fail, so a change would freshen things up

pretty sure you said backstage stuff don't count and it has to be in a ring

How is the overness going!? Has that been updated recently! That might need looking at and factor into title shots etc

I was the most over as of Thunder 29 :mark
Probably not now though

You lost, it happens. Tomorrow's another match, you'll get that win, or the W like we say in the bizz.

No. But that didn't happen.
Sandow literally appeared twice at the RR. So he got 6 points. That's it. Everyone else who appeared twice also got 6 points. Big Show, for example, appeared twice. So did the Rock.
Nobody got "9" points for appearing the Rumble match. No extra points were given to anyone. Everyone got 3 for appearing. Everyone who was in the Rumble got 6 for being in the Rumble. Everyone in a normal match got 5 for being in a normal match.
I understand it was confusing because the scoring columns were all over the place. But yah.
