Is it Alberto Del Rio?
Edit: my thinking being that Del is Del Boy (derek) Trotter from Only Fools and Horses and Rio means River, and a river would be pretty comfortable in the rain lol. If not I'm stumped.

I think you're right, if you include Uncle Albert to cover the first name of ADR, with 'del rio' probably meaning 'the river'.
