I think it depends what time zone you're in. For me it's 1:00 AM, English time.
What time does yours say I posted this message at?? That'll help work it out.

I'm in the UK, so it's a 1am start time here.
The forum is 6 hours behind. So RAW start at 7pm Forum time.
