Reading games is always a good way to figure out how the game works/get good. People who read old games have had 100% success rate at becoming good players themselves; even though there is only 2 people that fall under that category in the section atm.

I'm following the current one, it's a bit confusing to get it still! Everyone as specified things to do right that are explained through pm by the OP right?

um no. Everyone is given a role that may possibly give them a night action which they can then use at night. You are also told your alignment in pm which tells you who you're playing with obviously. as town you don't know the other town members and scum all know each other and communicate in the QT.

Honestly I thought Federer would have won the 5th set, I thought Murray would have crumbled, very surprised he didn't and won the set comfortably.

Expected more from Fed though, he wasn't really at his best. His serve wasn't good, he wasn't able to get those first serves in, gave Murray many chances to break(Murray return wasn't bad though). If I'm not wrong, he hit his first ace in the second set, I don't remember the last time that happened. His return wasn't good either, only had 1 break point until the fourth set.

Murray was actually outplaying him in the second set, Federer barely hanged on until the tiebreak, then in the tiebreak, there was point where Murray made a silly mistake and Fed took his chance and then won the second set. If it wasn't for Murray choking in the 4th, Fed wouldn't have won it.

Overall it was a very entertaining match(that usually happens when these two play), if I'm not wrong this is the first match where Murray and Federer played a 5th set. If Federer played better, we would have probably seen a better match.

As for Djokovic/Murray, I'm expecting Djokovic to win because he has more rest and he is brilliant form atm, the way he destroyed Ferrer in the semis was incredible. Probably in 4 sets.

Aye Samoon, he really has come on leaps and bounds in terms of maturity and temperament since Wimbledon. I mentioned how the US Open Final in particular might prove the difference yesterday, what with Murray finally having evidence he could rescue a match he had all but thrown away. People always thought he had the game to win a major, but whether he could sustain it over a 5 set match as well as win the big points even if he wasn't playing his best was another matter entirely. Yesterday by all accounts he let Federer back into the game at certain points (as well as Federer playing well to capitalise on any fortune Murray afforeded him) and his ability to still keep calm and race away in the final set was astounding. Its also been a classic Federer trait to come back from the brink in a match and then dominate, so to see Murray be able to fight off fresh belief and resurgence from Federer is mighty impressive.

Yeah his second serve has always been weak, even dating back to his first few years as a pro. He seems to have improved the direction and mixing up of getting bounce/going for slice, even if his pace is still drastically slow for a male player that its not uncommon to see the opponent smash it back. Everything seems to be gelling and its nice to see him playing more aggressive whilst retaining the stamina and defence that has made him such a force on tour.

I'd pick Novak as well, based on form and the luxury of a day's rest. Beauty of the men's game atm though is how each of the top 3 (with Nadal out) can beat the other if one of them has a sub par or even very good day. If there was anyone atm who could beat Djokovic after playing a 5 set match, I think it would be Murray in this form. Djokovic in 4 largely close sets would be my tentative prediction.

I'm very interested to see how this new Murray would do on clay. It was always his worst surface.

I hope Nadal recovers quickly because I am also interested to see how Murray fares against him.
