Its hard down here to watch games really. Time difference is really shit and i'm not going to stay up until 7am streaming football games. We used to get La Liga games live but ESPN dumped them for Little league baseball which is utterly ridiculous.

Christ, aye I imagine the time difference must be a killer for you to manage with.

I've only ever watched Baseball when I went to New York for a wedding and we were in some sports bar for a few hours with a game being screened. Can't say I found the appeal in it and haven't bothered to watch it since. Don't actually watch any US sport, although I suppose ice hockey might tempt me just for the spontaneous violence.

yeah well right now its 2:36am, United/Spurs game doesn't start until about 3 so i'll watch the first half of that. If its a good game i'll watch the 2nd half, just lucky i haven't got anything on Monday morning

Sweet jesus, reminds me of my uni days when I'd sometimes get in a habit of staying up till 4/5am and then have to try and make a 9am lecture. Luckily I knocked that on the head after 2nd year and managed to get better in my final year. Actually there was a brief relapse when I discovered Breaking Bad..

Its always worse towards the end of the season. More later games and more monday/midweek games. Its a killer if you have to head off to work early.

Midweeks were always a bitch to get to for me with transport back after the game. A 7.45 game would end about 9.40pm depending on injury time, then by the time you get out of the stadium and back to a tram/train I had an 11.10pm train back home or uni which I had to make or would have ended up kipping in the station till 5.30am when the first morning train would depart.

One time there was a replacement bus service from Rhyl back to my uni which meant a 40 minute train journey took about 2 hours on the slow as shit bus with numerous stops for people along the way. Collapsed in the kitchen at about 5am and didn't wake up till my housemates came in for breakfast a few hours later.

Also watched my friend lose like $650 bucks on Pulltabs last night, and that was after she ended up winning like $300 of it back. I'm glad I don't gamble. Thats almost like an entire paycheck for me.
