Yeah I give up trying to understand ROH's philosophy and thinking these days. To think what the days of Joe, Danielson, Punk & Nigel were like compared to now. Yikes.
I'll forever love the poor twonks who try to cite Meltzer's rating as an indication of a match being good/great. They seem umable to grasp the concept of subjectivity and that despite all his extensive historical knowledge, he like everyone else merely has an opinion which can in no way verify the quality of a match conclusively.

Aye Greg it was much pretty the best possible match out of the current ROH Main Event Style. It was still barely good and Mcintyre/Masters from Superstars smoked it with considerable ease, but for a lot of people it had the offence and athleticism to make up for the waning story, lack of emotion and just general nothingness that was the match.
