Do you think Hernandez's replacement will get much action?

I'll just apologize for the recommendation now. I honestly though Carolina would put up a fight tonight. Hopefully Welker doesn't become a difference maker for you.

Re: General Fantasy Sports Thread
Looking at the targets of LaFell and Welker's vastly diminished role, LaFell was the right play. Giants secondary had been shredded so far this season. What made the difference was the Giants dominating the line of scrimmage. Cam didn't have time to do much.
Plus the Panthers lost two possessions on special teams.

Yeah. Statistically, LaFell has more opportunities than Welker at this point. Tonight just didn't work out.

Re: General Fantasy Sports Thread
I have 3 Fantasy Football Leagues. Two with friends, and one with random people. Well, I had Eli and Martellus Bennett going tonight. Got 20 and 14 points respectively from them. Pretty good start.
Anyway, I'm worried about starting Wes Welker but I have no choice. I spent a pretty high pick on him too. I got Torrey Smith and Dez Bryant on the bench. I trust those two even less. Romo has too many targets, and Flacco's targeting Pitta so...

What are some of the WRs available on FA for you in that league? There could be a pickup that may help you.

First off, it's a 10 team league. The only notable WR that I see available is Malcom Floyd. Should I drop Torrey Smith and pick him up?

Danny Amendola, Donnie Avery, Brandon Gibson, and Randall Cobb are all guys not owned in every league. I'd see if any of them are available.

Re: General Fantasy Sports Thread
Backstory - Been in a fantasy baseball league with the same 12 people since 2009. In '09, I lost in the semi finals via tiebreaker. In '10, I won the finals via tiebreaker. In '11, the dude I beat in '10 won the finals. And now tonight, I beat him again, VIA TIEBREAKER.
There's some sort of tie curse on this league, I swear.
Came into the day down 7-6. Took RBIs at one point thanks to Morse and then he tied via Swisher.
MONEY MONEY YEAH YEAH
