I plan to trade/drop him.
I want another RB. Possibly Richardson or Fred Jackson as I see them both being made available by their owners.

lulz, I hate autodraft.
I am in a league on NFL.com with some friends and we have our draft tonight. Hoping I don't fucking forget because all that autodrafting would be piss.

Re: General Fantasy Sports Thread
Just had my last draft of the year. 10 team league with bonus points for 100 yard games, 200 yard games, 300 yard games, return yards, etc. So last year Drew Brees got 1100+ points, Foster got 350+, Antonio Brown got 315, and Calvin Johnson got 400.
Anyways, my team drafted with the first pick overall:
QB: Aaron Rodgers
WR: Julio Jones
WR: AJ Green
WR: Percy Harvin
RB: Fred Jackson
RB: Ahmad Bradshaw
TE: Vernon Davis
W/T: Kenny Britt
W/R: Shonn Greene
Def: Seattle
D: Luke Kuechly
DB: Patrick Peterson
DL: Chris Long
K: Matt Prater
BN: Randall Cobb
BN: Jacquizz Rodgers
BN: David Wilson
BN: Andrew Luck
BN: Justin Blackmon
BN: Coby Fleener
BN: Jason McCourty

Re: General Fantasy Sports Thread
Here we go, week 1 and deciding starters in my cash standard league.
QB - Vick
RB - Bush
RB - Turner
WR - Marshall
WR - Green
TE - Hernandez
Flex - Colston
D/ST - Falcons
K - Akers
Bench - Austin
Bench - RG3
Bench - Martin
Bench - Helu
Bench - Meachem
Bench - Finley
Bench - Roethlisberger
I'm trying to play it safe here. Don't want to start Austin coming off a couple weeks of his recurring hamstring issues. Especially on a Wednesday game when options could get sweeter as the week progresses. My serious debates here are Finley or Hernandez (going with the better defensive match up as of now) and whether I should slide Martin in there somewhere in his first NFL game. I kinda want to see what's happening with goalline carries first, idk. Seriously considering going with Ben instead of Vick too. If the Eagles get a good lead they may rest Vick to prevent his ribs from taking a licking. FUN STUFF. FANTASY FOOTBALL IS BACK.

Re: General Fantasy Sports Thread
Hernandez over Finley every week pretty much no matter what until we see Finley be more consistent. Finley's potential is really high of course. We'll see if he can do something about that this year.
Is that Reggie Bush? Bush is going against the Texans right? Don't see him doing much in that game. Don't see Miami doing much all season really. Fear Daniel Thomas taking away snaps from Bush too. I'm not a SOOTHSAYER of course, but I'd start Martin over Bush. Martin can actually break tackles and faces a weaker defense in Carolina. inb4 Martin tears his ACL on the third play of the game.
Also I picked HOUSTON in Survivor, so Miami will probably win and it'll be because of Reggie Bush.

Re: General Fantasy Sports Thread
I'm more or less thinking there that someone on Miami has to get yardage. He's essentially there only weapon. Not really essentially either.
I hate ESPN projections.
Hernandez - 3
Finley - 9
Austin - 15
15!!

Re: General Fantasy Sports Thread
Austin could get that. Hernandez with 3 is KINDA low.
And I'd think Houston knows Bush is their key weapon, so they game plan to take him away and force Tannehill to do something. Again, it's just my guess into the unknown though.
On the other hand, I do like your rationale about not knowing if Martin will get goalline duty, so benching him to see what happens there isn't a bad idea.

I don't want to think about that. After my luck with RBs last year, I'd rather not have the guy I drafted in half of my leagues go out in week 1. (Especially since I already had 2 RBs have surgery in league 2 here.)

Re: General Fantasy Sports Thread
I read that Richardson practiced today. That's a pretty good sign he could play. Honestly though I'd rather him miss a week or two than come back early and something really bad happens.

Re: General Fantasy Sports Thread
Well, if Richardson is out, I guess I can always start Mendenhall.
