nah, he just wants to draft and then win. that's all he cares about.

I got another question about the keeper thing. We can only keep players that we select after the 5th round, and then we keep them they would move two rounds up in our next year's draft. Does that mean we won't be able to keep these players the following year as they would then be a 4th round pick that year or will the rules be changed? If it's the former then that's pretty fucking tbh.

It's an offline draft, it just started earlier today.

Won't end until December 17, 2015.

no but seriously, that's stupid and hardly makes it a keeper league, but whatever. It's essentially going to be a yearly draft just with some continuation and I'm fine with that.

It ensures there's good turnover of top telent every year while rewarding guys who draft guys late that end up being a lot better than their round would indicate.

top talent turnover would be great regardless because we can't keep anyone in the top 5. Basically, unless we draft someone good really late, we're just going to keep a steal for one year and then lose them. Once again, I'm fine with that as it just seems like a continuation league, but the keeper aspect seems kind of pointless as late round steals are usually just really lucky so I don't see why people should be rewarded for being lucky.

Most Football keeper leagues are 1 year keepers, they generally don't have the after the first five round limitation rule though. Of course, there's always dynasty leagues if you want a hardcore keeper league.
