Picks in rounds 1 through 5 are exempt from the normal drop rule. There is no way they can ever become keepers.

oh okay. I remember us talking about it at the beginning of the year and I recall JM saying something along the lines of "you shouldn't even drop those people in the first place, just keep them your team and there won't be a problem". I didn't know we had it so we just can't keep those guys.

Yeah we put some provision in place. I don't remember the exact rule though. Either way though, your IR is empty Flex, why drop him???
