Re: Fantasy Football - NFL league merger!

My team wasn't all that bad this year, just really inconsistent. I won four straight after those trades and lost my last two games by a combined 1.6 points. It hurts man, it hurts. I'm rooting for Magic to win the thing though. He made some good trades and he deserves that championship. Ought to be a good final few games..

Re: Fantasy Football - NFL league merger!

I started off the season 3-4 in league 3 and have since phone on to win 8 straight to get to the championship. However, I would like to take a moment to commemorate those who were lost along the way to this game:

We have had so many wonderful teams this year. From Crofty and her Vick, to Evo and Ogletree, both gave me troubles at the start, but have since perished along the way. The Comeback Kids, starting off winless but turning it around to get to the fourth seed. Unfortunately, the Kids' luck ran out and he lost a close match to me and then Ray Rice Baby. However, Ray Rice ran into a brick wall known as the Julio-tron and Galvatron Adrian Peterson. Soup Man Prime, a team that played well all season being first place until he came up against the Decepticons. He lost the first seed then lost to Broken Wings. But now with all of the fallen heroes, we are sad to inform you that one more will join them. Broken Wings, things are different this year, but the outcome will remain the same. I don't have Tebow and friends to lead to an upset, I have machines. Machines that will win. MrMister, we're coming for you, so prepare to taste defeat. Thank you.

Re: Fantasy Football - NFL league merger!

Peterson can't keep up this pace. Without him, you're closer to my lucky garbage team.

I wonder if Arian Foster has a 30 point game left in him.

I have both and will never let it go as I haven't ever seen a team with both of the top backs in the league.

Re: Fantasy Football - NFL league merger!

I had Foster and Peterson last year...but it didn't quite work out as well for me. Peterson had an ankle injury and Foster lost Schaub which actually killed Foster's production for the most part. Had Murray being awesome too until his ankle injury. That's another thing, you've been lucky with not having many injuries.

It's like it's fate...or MAGIC.

PERCY

I think it's ironic as everyone was ripping on me for trading "much needed depth".

Re: Fantasy Football - NFL league merger!

I don't think depth matters that much. Go for broke in this game when you can I say. There will only be one winner in the end. You're more likely to win trading for one really big difference maker than you are having four meh players.

That's actually me, not Clevage.

And yeah, don't remind me about my D. Damn Stafford throwing 2 pick 6s.
