Matt Holiday produces at about the same clip as Cargo in your OF spot. Slightly less.
David Wright is a SUBSTANTIALLY better option in a 3B spot than Pedro Alvarez.
Choo produces more in your UTIL spot than Chris Nelson would.
Mat Latos is a better pitcher than Jarrod Parker and Wade Miley, but hell I'd move Jonathan Papelbon instead if you were worried about that.
"Mathematically" better. It just is.

Pedro is just a hot WW add that will get replaced with another hot WW add. Same with Nelson. Hot waiver wire added + CarGo is better. You traded your way out of a good fantasy team and now you're trying to trade your way back in to one. I'm not participating.
