It's not like he's a bad player, I just wouldn't have kept him. He would have just gone into the draft pool in February.

Beltre + Schezer for Heyward
Beltre + Gordon for Heyward
Beltre + Kipnis for Heyward
When you put names on the pick, it's a bit easier to gauge.
I'm okay with Beltre and the 11th pick in the 6th round to Aid for Heyward.
As you can see, that 6th round pick isn't going to be gold.
