Yeah I love football far more than baseball in reality, but as far as fantasy goes, baseball is awesome.
I'm not a huge pro football guy anymore. Weird, because when we all did that Yahoo! league together, I was pretty into it. IDK what happened.
I like the trade. I got Heyward back. Thanks Flex.
No, sir. Thank you. I needed to break up the three OF combo, although it was as solid as a 3 OF combo could be.
Vetoed. I want Heyward.
You should have talked with me! I wanted Rizzo and Medlen.
Fantasy Football immediately bores me after the draft. 1 day a week just doesn't cut it, which is which I also vastly prefer Baseball (Basketball, too).
Never really got to ask you, but are you really expecting much from Stanton this year? Being in that ballpark and him being pitched around even more this year just doesn't bode well.
I hear you. It's definitely concerning. Good news is, nobody in the league has more power than him. Even if opponents don't pitch to Stanton, I still think he will hit 35-40 HR's by default. There's only three players that I like in Miami and can see being productive next year: Donovan Solano at the top of the order was a spark plug, Stanton at the three hole, and LoMo with a bounce back year if he gets this knee rehabilitation thing done well. They'll play LoMo at 1B, too, which means he can actually play everyday since he's a liability in LF.
Other than that, no, not too excited. I think Stanton will be great, but wont hit his peak in Miami anymore. I think he could potentially go for 50 HR's and 120-140 RBI's with a .260 AVG. That just wont happen if he's in Miami. Still can see 30/100 next year.
