Yeah, I'm only saying weekly because I agree with everything JM suggests.

You're voting weekly so you have more time for other leagues. I can live with that.

Playing a guy that isn't injured over someone that is is strategy? You seem to have a really loose definition of strategy as that is just common sense too.

Re: Fantasy Basketball - **WF Keeper League** - Off-season mode

GOAT League will take precedent over this league once the season starts anyway, so w/e.

Re: Fantasy Basketball - **WF Keeper League** - Off-season mode

Picking up Taj Gibson on Monday night when Joakim Noah goes down and spending $1 more than the other guy who bid on him isn't strategy?

Re: Fantasy Basketball - **WF Keeper League** - Off-season mode

Spending a dollar more isn't strategy, that's just good fortune.

Working the wire, sure. Strategy. You added Gibson who will play more minutes now that Noah is out. You also could have added any C/PF on the wire that was available that's equally as good.

Good strategy would also to stash Gibson on your bench in a weekly lock league in case Noah does get hurt. It's called a handcuff. It's pretty much impossible to work this strategy in a daily lock league.

Re: Fantasy Basketball - **WF Keeper League** - Off-season mode

One thing to think about when setting a roster for the week is basing it on beating your opponent. I would look at my opponent's roster and try to think of the best way to win. If my opponent's team was a rebound heavy team, I'd put my assist heavy guards and forwards in and win with assists, points, and steals. If my opponent had an assist heavy team, I'd put my rebound heavy team in with Centers and PFs at the UTIL, F, and SG/SF spots. When I faced a balanced team, I made sure to put in the best roster for the job. Guess what, I won all but week 1. So there is strategy to setting your lineup. Sometimes the best players in a lineup isn't always the best.

Did you just show that you used to strategy setting weekly lineups every week?
