I can't think of 1 rookie that is guaranteed to be a better fantasy player than Paul George this year. Guaranteed to be better anyway.

Paul George was the 40th ranked fantasy player last year for our format. Are people assuming he's going to regress? What rookie will be that high?

Davis, Beal, and MKG can all be that high. Especially Davis/MKG as they're on shit teams and will be given huge roles while George is on a very complete team where a lot of the touches are spread out evenly.

Davis was a 71% FT shooter in college. Not bad for a big man.

Adding to the fact that Davis will average many more rebounds than George, definitely more blocks, most likely a higher FG percentage, and probably more points as well.
