The Miz was ALWAYS a great heel, even those days he was fighting the Boogeyman. He was annoying from the start.

The Miz is a good example of how the "revamping" of a Wrestler in ECW can do good..

The whole Mizamania started when he was introduced as the Chick Magnet in ECW, feuding with Balls Mahoney.

Well, then came the ECW-Title shot on CM Punk, and later - you all know it - the brilliant teaming-up of him and Morrison. Dirt Sheet anyone?

So this is the saga of the Miz - that hopefully will continue..

he's a hard worker. He said it in an interview that he wanted people to see him as a wrestler not as a reality tv star.

He is a better heel than Morrison because he really wrestles as a heel (Despite the two top rope turnbuckle moves at unforgiven but it was his hometown).
I don't like the Chick Magnet thing because he is not with the extreme divas anymore.
An his finisher is so good when the opponent sells it well.

I've met the guy and let me tell you he is a natural heel and easy to hate. he obviously got better when WWE put him in a tag team with Morrison but now he may be ready to grow on his own.

Miz is an excellent heel, plain and simple. Whether you like the guy or not is irrelevant. He's a heat magnet, and he knows how to get the crowd to rally against him.

Pay close attention, kiddies - Anybody who can work a mic and get the crowd to react to them will always, ALWAYS have a place in this business. And Miz is a prime example of that. No, his matches aren't the best. His repertoire isn't overly exciting, extreme, or versatile. But it's effective, and it emphasizes the heat he gets with his mic work. At the end of the day, that's really all that matters.

That being said, his in-ring work isn't NEARLY as dreadful as a lot of you make it sound. The guy's an average worker, sure, but he's not terrible by any means. He can bump, sell, and generally do everything needed in a match.

I still hate his finisher though. The knee lift isn't bad for a set-up, but it often comes across as weak. I wish he'd drop the "Reality Check" down to a signature move & start using something else as a finisher.
