I would've put Bourne over Knox or someone like Armando Estrada, but I guess those two don't really have much credibility right now. Chavo shouldn't feud with Bourne now, like you said he should be going after the US title or something.

He's a very good worker and is a former ECW Champion. Plus he's a heel and he is still pretty over with the fans. Bourne is an up and coming guy that needs to beat someone to get over with the fans. Makes a lot of sense really.
