Re: Official 7/01 ECW on Sci-Fi Discussion Thread
This was a rather boring ECW. Hopefully it picks up. Kind of makes me sick when you have people like Burke and Bourne and they don't get used.

Not too impressed by this week's episode. Very disappointed in the lack of Burke.

Re: Official 7/01 ECW on Sci-Fi Discussion Thread
ECW is my favorite WWE show, but I have to agree with most of the comments above that this was one of the worse episodes. They are basically starting from scratch, seeing as 2 of their top wrestlers 2 weeks ago (Kofi and Punk) are now the big champions on RAW. It will take a few weeks before we see anything really develop.

Re: Official 7/01 ECW on Sci-Fi Discussion Thread
Other than Henry, this was a rather poor ECW. No Bourne, and Eddie's match with Estrada was... terrible, to say the least, but not as terrible as his name. The Six Man Tag Team Match was okay, though.

Just thought about that. They would rather use this fucking Atlas chump than to properly push Burke on the show? How more fucked up can it get?

Yeah I actually enjoyed him tonight. His characther seemed to stand out more, and he just seems like very happy to be champ cause it's the first time in his career where he can be looked at as a main guy of anything. And I rly missed Evan Bourne today. If he had a match I think the show wouldn't have been as bad as it was for me.

Re: Official 7/01 ECW on Sci-Fi Discussion Thread
well boring ecw i have to say not sure if anyone on ecw who can actually beat Mark Henry so i say he should be able to hold on to that title for along time. Dont know why some stars were not used Bourne or Burke. Burke needs more show time and more bigger oppurtunitys than he is gettin now. Hope this was just a warm up. Cant waith for chris harris hope he comes back as the tna type or a good gimmick.

Re: Official 7/01 ECW on Sci-Fi Discussion Thread
Caught the tale end of the show starting with the Atlas promo and onwards. Pretty dull and eventless to say the least. Atlas/Estrada was downright hard to watch. And although I liked Henry's new found enthusiasm I don't like squashes especially if its the Main event.
This superstar initiative has me intrigued though. I'm really hoping they get Chris Harris, Killings, and possibly Colt Cabana which would rule on so many levels.

Atlas Ortiz was so horribly slow, he made Hacksaw Jim Duggan seem like Paul London by comparison.

Atlas DaBone looked like such a hobo jobber in his debut.
