I think I'll try to save the thread poster's ass here.

While Evan Bourne isn't big, the crowd seems to be easily impressed by his moves and he could become popular. ALSO, since the top 3 faces are Matt Hardy, Finlay, and Hornswoggle - who are all wrapped up in their own title feuds - the next biggest face is Tommy Dreamer, who isn't a mainstay on television and would gladly give anyone a push rather than accept one himself.

Therefore, he is the de facto 3rd biggest face on ECW - therefore, he will ultimately probably become big (ECW big, and as big as you can be for a 160 lb person). However, that's excluding the Big Show, and any possible people they'll bring up. So who knows.

For ECW the Draft didnt went well.. no more Shelton Benjamin, no more Kofi Kingston - that should have been a ECW-Title Feud later. Well...

Henry hasn't won the ECW Title yet and I pray he doesn't. Kane should lose it to Matt Hardy or another young ECW guys like Morrison.

While I agree ECW really could have used another big-name face (and/or not losing Kofi), the situation isn't nearly as bad as some people are making it out to be. The show's only an hour long - the roster doesn't need to be too deep.

Plus, the show shockingly didn't lose Miz and Morrison, and hopefully they will get some time on the mic at ECW to continue developing their characters. Plus, maybe Elijah Burke will reappear at some point.

And almost anyone WWE calls up from FCW or anywhere else will get a chance for real TV time on ECW. I just don't see the big problems everyone is having here.

Well i would imagine now that some new talent will once again debut soon. Harris just has to lose some weight according to reports and Killings is gonna debut sometime next month.

Colt Cabana could and should be called up soon as should SOS (Sheamus O'Shaunessy). If Finlay ever turns back heel SOS could be a perfect apprentice for him, both being Irish and that. Mike Kruel...God knows how this guy hasn't got the nod yet.

There's plenty of talent left to fill the spot, and we all knew that this would one day happen with the crop of top ECW stars. That's why they were there, to develop and get on the main shows. I'd rather them be on Raw or SD than still on ECW to be honest.

I expect ECW to gain alot of talent from FCW over the summer and fall. In the mean time they'll continue to build up Sydal (still don't feel like calling him Evan Bourne) the same way they've built up others, a mini-fued with Mike Knox with him ultimately going over.

I expect Mark Henry to pull of the surprise win at NOC unfortunately. Then he has a few possible challengers, he can continue his feud with Big Show (which I think has gone on too long), Finlay (who could actually bring some extreme back to ECW), or Matt Hardy (who I know is gonna be ECW champ, the only question is when)

I actually think that after NOC Big Show will start feuding with someone from Smackdown and I think Matt will start a fued with Mark Henry (during which Henry will cost Matt the US title) and he'll beat Matt in an ECW title match at GAB but Matt will earn a rematch at SummerSlam where he wins the belt.

He's been around for 4 weeks after starting out as literally just a tryout jobber, so no, he has no gimmick. Also, to say he jobs out every week after he had gotten the pin on his last two matches before this week....

he is big outside of the WWE he is one of the best that wasn't signed to WWE yet and vince probably paid a shit load for him

Anywho the ECW roster is looking pretty slim I must say. Kofi left too early and will be jobbing on Raw in a few months time. They should've brought over some more cruiserweights (London, Kendrick, Moore, Yang) and revive the CW title. If Mark Henry becomes ECW Champion there isn't much opposition for him. Miz & Morrison need to drop the title to a SmackDown team and go their separate ways. I want to see Morrison in a singles feud again and I wanna see how The Miz works on his own as a heel. ECW's main event scene is in pretty rough shape, except for Matt Hardy because nobody on there can believably beat Mark Henry 1-2-3.
