They got raped like Smackdown did last year. Now that's all worth watching on there is Sydal, Kofi, Benjamin, Morrison, Miz, and Hardy.

I liked the Matt Hardy pick. I think the guy has main event talent, and it'll be good to see him in the ECW main event. Exactly what title he will be challenging (or defending I guess) remains to be seen.
Punk had to go. He had done all he could on ECW. As for Kane, he was never really on ECW anyway, but if he is taking the title with you then that complicates things.
Anyway, still a few developments to come before we know what to expect out of ECW for the rest of year, as well as the prospect of the move to the same taping schedule as Raw, which could lead to new and different feuds.

I thought it was a good pick until you realized throughout the show that Raw and Smackdown were getting all the top guys and that Hardy was the only pick ECW got. |

Well, it's safe to say that last night's Draft didn't do the ECW Roster any favors, apart from gaining Matt Hardy who is an excellent addition, but I think a Supplemental Draft, if one takes place, will do ECW the world of good, don't you?

i think the draft was good for ecw.
to replace their champion Kane and their most over superstar, Punk they gained the US champion Matt HArdy who is already over. This might give more credibility to the US title since atm it is the only title apart from the tag titles on ECW.
