There will be a supplemental draft because zero midcarders or undercarders moved, and all three brands could badly use a shakeup in that department.

It doesn't really matter.
Punk was an expected loss, and I'm glad it happened because he was wasting away there anyway.
HOWEVER, the lines between the SD & ECW brands are so fucking thin, you'd be forgiven if you thought htey were the same show.
The SD Tag Champs are labeled as ECW Guys. The ECW Champion Kane was an SD guy (up until tonight anyway) and he will be defending the title against an SD guy (Big Show) and will probably lose it. In turn, Mark Henry, another SD guy, has challenged the winner of that match. Chavo Guerrero is a member of the main heel stable on SD, but he's technically an ECW guy. I mean SD losing Matt Hardy wasn't a big deal at all because I can almost guarantee that he will be defending the title on SD anyway.
So almost any loss ECW suffered tonight isn't anything to get too upset about except the loss to Punk.

Even if there is no sup draft ECW will easily get whatever new guys they bring up to the main roster, and some of the guys who weren't getting much T.V time before will get T.V time now IE: Elijah Burke. Punk needed to leave ECW cause it was time. Him staying on ECW would have made no sense.

I'm sure that everyone agrees with each other that ECW did in fact get screwed on this draft. Matt Hardy will not be able to carry the show all by himself as a main eventer.
Let's just hope that there will be a suplemental draft that will help cure this nonsense. Although I am a little worried, is the supplemental draft been announced yet?

Lets face it, ECW is the developmental show. And guess what? Matt Hardy is going to be on PPV pretty much every month now since hes clearly the top ECW guy.
One good thing about ECW is if youre the top guy or one of top guys you get that one PPV slow for ECW.
Now Matt can get his test run to see if he can fly as a main event guy while they groom Bourne and Kofi for the next level.
Now the US title I guess is the equivalent of the ECW belt unless they somehow move the belt back to ECW through the supp draft(if they have one) and or NOC.

the US title and the WWE Tag Team titles will be droped by the respective ECW supertars if not this Sunday at Night of Champions then on the respective shows of ECW and or Smackdown because of the Raw and ECW merge come this Aug |
