I've got to go with Sabu, or Terry Funk, simply because their barbed wire match was one of the greatest I've ever seen. The fight those guys put in was amazing.

Tommy F'N Dreamer. The heart and soul of ECW. There for all the 9 years, and to me the face of ECW through the years when Raven, Sandman, Mikey, Foley and everyone went to better their careers in WCW and WWF. Dreamer stayed were his heart (and beluah) was.

Raven. He has the best gimmick ever, it's so unique, deep and original. His promos were legendary, I consider him to be right up there with Dusty Rhodes, Ric Flair, The Rock and Roddy Piper when it comes to mic skills. He was just awesome. His promos were always interesting whereas most wrestlers are good on the stick but come out with generic crap half the time. Raven kept it fresh and I think it's crazy how he never acheived the success he did in ECW in WWF and WCW. Raven had all the tools to be massive. He was a solid wrestler with amazing mic skills, charisma and an original interesting gimmick. The Nest were great too. Raven was a true legend in ECW and I'm shocked he hasn't been included more often in this thread. He drew a hell of a lot of heat. I also liked Sabu, Rob Van Dam, John Kronus, Juventud Guerrera and New Jack a lot too. It's a shame that most of the people posted in this thread have played a fairly large part in WWE's version of ECW. If you look a little deeper, there are so many guys from ECW who were just as awesome.
