Poor guy], Billy Kidman, Raven [were do I begin], The Sandman, Sabu, Tazz [while wrestling, he was the main guy on ECW], Chris Kanyon [who better than Kanyon?], The Big Show [was a huge, huge, huge star in WCW, never was used just right in WWE, you can argue about it though], Justin Credible [super underated], Buff Bagwell, Lance Storm [can argue], Eric Bischoff, Booker T, [can argue], Scott Steiner, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, X-Pac and there's probly a lot more, I'm just thinking of the top of my head. And don't forget how they shited the "new ecw"
The People that made it in WWE, from other companies I can think of are, Foley, Austin, Jericho [sorta] & RVD.

Almost all those guys had the same success in their previous promotion as they did in the WWE.
I dont get how you thought Heyman wasnt used well?
DDP was only in the WWE for like a year and then retired because of injuries
How do you say Show wasnt used well? He had just as many heavyweight title runs in the WWE as he did in WCW, and the same about of tag title runs.
Bagwell was in the WWE for about a week.. and he sucks.
Bischoff? Same arguement as Heyman.
Booker T... won the WHC
Steiner, pushed immediately to the main event, his fued with HHH was one of the worst in recent memory, their match was god awful, WWE didnt use him after that cause he didnt have it
Kevin Nash and Scott Hall. Both were in the WWF prior to going to ECW, both were successfule then, when they came back Hall was released for being a drunk, Nash was plauged with injuries and eventually forced to retire. But during their short runs they fueded with the likes of Hogan, Austin, Rock, HHH.... yeah they werent used at all.
Xpac- same with Nash and Hall. All three guys were part of the Cliq, so its just stupid to think that they were never used right becase of being from another promotion.
Austin, Foley, RVD, Jericho, Booker T, Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit, Rey Mysterio, Goldberg, Hogan, Big Show all won World Titles after being from "another promotion". Not to mention the numerous others that have one mid card and tag titles

HHH was in WCW, but you don't see him buried, do you?

Montys Sister died. He's being very noble and takeing care of his sisters children, do not know how many. It makes him unlikely to comeback. Hope everything goes well.

I imagine he's not done with wrestling just yet.

You most likely don't want to bother him, but do you have any occasional conversations?

Short answer - Yes, exactly how you worded it too haha.
I try to with out seeming like a fan boy. I remember I asked him how WWE was, and he said it was great. I was expecting to hear about politics and how miserable it was, but he said it was a great atmosphere. I didn't have the brass to ask him how he left (while in my head I had read the internet rumors, and if they were true would've felt like a dick bringing it up if he was/is having family problems).
He wears this shirt that says "I'm not here to talk" while working out, and if there's anything less inviting or more intimidating than that, I don't know what it is. But he is a really nice, not stuck up at all guy, and goes out of his way to help people in the gym if he can, like myself.
Occasionally we'll talk about music, he sometimes lifts with one of my friends who is in a band (Fight it Out, Saginaw, MI) and he even came to one of their shows once, so we have that, similar music interests.
Other than that, yes, I do try to talk to him as much as possible, one because he's cool as hell, and I'm a fan boy of his, and two because I too wrestle (in a ring, not with chainsaws, trampolines, or flaming singapore canes). We did a benefit show for turrets syndrome and I worked up the stones to invite him as a fan to come check us out, but he was obligated not to because none of us have been officially trained, so if one of us got hurt he'd be like held responsible, either by the business or himself, but I understood either way.
