He also beat Matt Hardy, Jericho, Miz. He had Edge beat, but then the edgeheads came out. He doesn't have to use MITB in 2 months. The backstage heat also would mean he wouldn't of won MITB.

It's logical for Mr. MITB to beat guys on the way to the title. It's definitely not logical to get beaten even more (by midcards), not to speak about the case and not to appear on the next PPV.
