That is best case scenario.
Worst case scenario is Punk and Kane win the tag titles this Sunday for literally no reason at all.

It was an okay show, nothing great.
Let's see what Estrada can do as a wrestler.

Reason would be to tease that Punk would cash in the mitb on Kane for his belt with maybe Miz and Morrison fucking with Kane's head every week about it. Not cause they care but just to cause fricken so much that they get their titles back because Kane and Punk's trust factor would be low.

Re: ECW Discussion Thread 5/13/08: Sign on the Extreme line
I think the booking for the Miz/Punk match was more about making the Miz look strong than making Punk look weak. The only reason it's such a big deal iss because of MITB which Punk still doesn't have to cash in for another ten and a half months or so and all it takes is one big feud for anyone to become a main event player.
Meanwhile I can't remember the last time Miz picked up a singles victory and more often than not Morrison gets the pin during their tag team matches.

It was an average show but too much focus on Delaney. I like Estrada wrestling though.

I like how you think he actually has any say in who he puts over.

He's one half of the WWE Tag Team Champions in the middle of a huge push with his partner? It's not that hard to grasp.
Miz/Morrison for the win please. Can Estrada wrestle?

Re: ECW Discussion Thread 5/13/08: Sign on the Extreme line
Miz and Morrison over CM Punk and Kane really wasn't expected and it's really given them both alot of credibility. Kane really is a jobber now. Both were very nice matches aswell and it's quite amazing how much Miz has improved since his debut. It was only last October that he wrestled CM Punk on PPV and he was getting real X-Pac heat with the "you can't wrestle" chants and whatnot.
This whole Colin Delaney sherade has ran it's course. It was entertaining at first but now he's got his contract what can they do with him? Jobbing him out every week won't work and having him wrestle competitive matches every week won't work either. The only option would be the Cruiserweight Championship but that's long gone. He's pretty much doomed and we're doomed aswell if we have to sit through his shit every week.
Divas were good. Victoria jobbing again was not.
Bring on Kofi/Benjamin next week. It got some advertisment so hopefully they give this match some time. Has potential.

I think you mean "Charade" heat :P
Am looking more forward to Kofi/Benji next week than anything this week to be quite honest. Opener and ME sound ok, but could it be any more obvious Kane/Punk are going over at JD?
