Mike Adamle is a trend setter, no bullshit robot like the others who read names PROPERLY or has ENTHUSIASM. This man is reinventing the wheel, sure it may be a little bumpy at first but it turns like no other.
Did any of you ever stop and think: Maybe Shelton SHOULD be named SHELDON, or Jimmy Yang doesn't need the WANG in the middle? Maybe Jeff's last name SHOULD be Harvey. You can't fault the guy for trying to improve characters and voice these opinions

It's going to be a difficult transition, but it could work out.
Consider him like a diva who was hired for her looks. If he puts in the work to learn about the business and get some pointers on match psychology, it could work out very nicely.
