Secondly by reading that also it seems like Stephanie isn't as bad as these net reports make her out to be. It's just all Vince being an ass. Whether Vince wants to realize it or not Heyman is a very very vauleable asset to have, and he shouldn't have screwed it up. The guy can make stars, and get the most out of everybody, and the situation he is put in.
Stephanie was never bad. She may seem like it from a bussiness stand point from all these internet rumors (which again proved to be false)but outside of business, from what i've read and heard, she is one of the sweetest people.

Agreed. Mick Foley, Dusty Rhodes, RVD, etc, have all said what a sweet person Stephanie is so I never believe the "Stephanie is evil" internet reports.

By comparison, if someone were to resurrect The Beatles and say: “You know what, we want to make them more globally accepted, so we’re going to have a white guy, an Asian female, a Hispanic Bisexual and an African-American with a Scottish accent.”

In the land of WWE that actually makes sense.
I love Heyman's analogies.

Quote:
Look at the success of The Rise and Fall of ECW, the DVD, which has sold close to 400,000 copies worldwide and at any point is the No1 or No2 bestselling DVD in sports entertainment history. The World Class DVD is just breaking out of 10,000 units sold right now. The Rey Mysterio DVD, the John Cena My Life DVD, sold approximately 30,000 units each.

You look at the staggeringly successful numbers that ECW DVD did, Vince’s answer to you will be: ‘Well, of course it sold that many, we’ve educated the audience that ECW is something special by the fact that every time a table broke, every time a high spot happened, every time an extreme style was showcased, we’ve encouraged the audience to chant E-C-W and we’ve allowed it on our broadcast.”

Now if you think about that logic, it’s so ass-backwards, that you’re going to think this man is a f***ing idiot or he’s insane, but he’s neither.

He has convinced, or persuaded, himself the statement is true.
That's eerily similar to what Van Dam had to say about the Vince...

Yeah i heard that also. Not sure the Ranjin Singh kayfabe was true though.

I like Heyman i hope he goes to TNA he could do well there. Vince is a fucking idoit, that PVP was the worst one ever. Heyman would have made it good but Vince ego was in the way.

great read. heyman is definitely a smart guy, also smart for not burning bridges when he could have. be cool to see him get back into the business in some way, especially at tna maybe eventually setting up a hardcore division for future expansion vince would have more reason to be paranoid lol. be a nice expansion for them if they ever expand to a 2nd show and add couple new hardcore guys to the roster as they grow.

I thought it wad a dam good read one of the best in a long time. I do not see why Paul E just does not make another wrestler company but have someone to help manage the money and cost.

Paul is one of the most creative minds in wrestling no doubt! I really wish Vince could have worked with him on the ECW thing. Paul could have made it sooo much more successful than it is today.

I also wish Paul would have accepted that offer with OVW... he would have developed younger wrestlers' characters much more and kept us from seeing bland rookies with no mic skills.

Good read.

Got me thinking that thonhgs could've been different today if Heyman had got his way.

ECW could've been a strong brand in 2007. Punk could've been champ and had great feuds with Van Dam and the New Breed Guys. We could've still had singl brand PPVs.

Could've been oh so different.
