Re: 5 Movies To Watch On Halloween

As much as I love part VII, the death of Dr. Crews was a major disappointment, given his heel build.

I love professional-wrestling.

Glad to see someone mixes it up.

I like Dario Argento, Lucio Fulci, and David Lynch.

Glad to see them on your list...

But to me, that just means you're a die hard horror fan.

I recently bought the Paura Productions Tribute to Lucio Fulci.

Definitely worth checking out if you're a fan of his.

And why is my list awful? What didn't you like about it...

I could have easily named off stuff like:

Alice Sweet Alice
The Burning
Maniac Cop
The Chilling
Slaughterhouse
Fulci/Argento films...
Hell, even something like Battle Royale.

But most of my readers aren't into that kind of thing.
And 90% of mainstream movie goers...
Won't enjoy an Argento or Fulci film.
Or appreciate something like Nosferatu or Cemetary Man.

Re: 5 Movies To Watch On Halloween

Halloween 1 and 2= arguably the greatest horror movies ever made.

Freddy Kruger dream warriors. The best Freddy movie.

They're my top 3 horror movies.

Zombies first remake of Halloween wasn't too bad to be honest, but I'll agree the 2nd one was god awful.

Top 10 all time favorites:

Stone Cold Steve Austin
The Undertaker
Shawn Michaels
Chris Jericho
Brock Lesnar
Kurt Angle
HHH
Edge
CM Punk
Kane (98-04)

Dream Warriors was my favorite "A Nightmare on Elm Street" movie, period.

And it had a sick Dokken song made specifically for the movie on it.

Roland Kincaid was one of the first "good guys" I ever rooted for.

Sadly, he got worked off pretty quickly in the next installment.

if you're making a list believing that you can get "more people on your site" or believing that you know "what the people wants to see" you're always gonna get horrible lists.

First you can't know what the people want to see anyway and second you're putting stuff you believe people want to see and not what you really believe is great to see, so in general that makes you an hypocrite. On the other side, you could try to expand the visits on your site by taking a different approach and giving serious advise on the matter.

Even more, you're seriously saying me that Helloween II is mainstream next to a Fulci movie? specially with the amount of gore in both films??. You said that you list is for "mainstream" audicences, but there isn't a criteria there, what is the realtion between Halloween II and Ernest for example? And why are both films, stuff i will want to see

Finally if you're comparing stuff like Maniac cop to the movies of Fulci or Argento i don't know what else to say

Movie is awful, and i like Zombie, but most of the sutff after Michael goes out of the hospital is pointless and stupid. There are moments when it seems a Hostel sequel instead of a Halloween remake

I think I was about 9 when I first seen it, the hospital bit when Freddy has him like a puppet with his vains was unreal lol totally had no sleep at the time after watching it.
