Turner and Hooch.

Or maybe Eddie Murphy / Judge Reinhold in Beverly Hills Cop.

I think Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell are an underrated duo in a completely and utterly underrated classic in The Other Guys.
Samuel Jackson and the Rock were a better duo in there 3 minutes of screen time...

Got to go Rush Hour also.

Or if you let us drit into buddy cop sci-fi...

Spoiler for mib:

Murtaugh/Riggs, hands down.

And the first Lethal Weapon is the GOAT buddy cop duo film easily.

Re: Favourite Buddy Cop Duo?

Definitely the Lethal Weapon guys . Great onscreen chemistry together. Watched the extras on one of the DVD's a while back and a lot of the back and forth stuff between them was completely improvised and just kept in the movies because, well, it worked lol.
