Same here, brah. My enjoyment of the show has been pretty high since the outset & I even enjoyed Season 7 90% of the time. This has been one of the rarely consistently fantastic series I've ever seen on television.

Episode 9.03 of Supernatural will be called "I'm No Angel".

It will feature a character called Bartholomew who is a bureaucrat angel sent to organize the angels.

Sneak peek right here:

Can't wait for the show to return. I loved how last season ended and can't wait to see where they take that storyline.

My favorite episode is the one Jus Bello. The one where they trapped in the police station with FBI agnet that has been hunting them down. I miss the blonde Ruby

Yeah man, I loved this episode as well. You literally watched one of their most vehement enemies be converted and come to terms with his misconceptions. I mean, he totally reevaluated his life and saw how futile his efforts had been up to that point. In addition, exorcising all those demons using the PA was pretty fucking epic.

Damn shame he got killed by Lilith BUT he was awesome as a ghost (member of the Witnesses).

The long-gestating spinoff from veteran CW drama Supernatural is moving forward as a backdoor pilot to air as an episode of Supernatural‘s upcoming ninth season. To be written by Supernatural supervising producer Andrew Dabb, the planted spinoff, in early stages of development, won’t be as nomadic as the mothership series, which takes place in a different town every week. It will explore the clashing hunter and monster cultures of Chicago.

Re: Supernatural Season 9

Glad to see a thread on this show, I remember when it first started I watched a small amount of the pilot and thought it was just some shitty little ghost story show about kids looking for their dad. Didn't appeal to me, took me years and a lotta recommendations from friends to watch it, before I finally gave it a chance when it hit Netflix. I watched episode one fully, and proceeded to watch the entire first season and most of the second in one sitting.

I absolutely love this show, one of my favorites of all time. The way last season ended has me super excited about this season. As far as season 7 goes, I really believe it becomes "cool" at a certain point in a show's running to start hating on it for some people. Makes no sense, the quality of the show might have dipped a tad in that season, but it was still a great season.

Whats everyones favorite episode? I really enjoyed the one in season 8 when Crowley was killing off the people that Dean & Sam saved in the past, undoing all that hard work and their meaning of being in the business.

Also, don't remember which season, but the episode with the "lazer eyes" in the bank. Really enjoyed that episode as well.

I believe that was the first run in with a skin walker. That was a great episode for me.
Personally since season 5 it hasn't been as good for not saying I don't still enjoy I still love the show but the climax with lucifer was just so epic that's where it peaked for me. You don't get bigger and badder than lucifer IMO. If they were to end the series there that would have been my perfect ending. Dean gets back with the hot yoga instructor Lisa I think her name was and Sam gets trapped in a cage. I just loved that season especially the finale

Re: Supernatural Season 9

Favorite Episode? Impossible to truly nail down but I enjoyed the episode about the Fairies, Dean breaking up the Apocalypse battle, Dick Roman anything, Castiel punishing false prophets, & anything to do with Death.

As a matter of fact, Death is one of the best characters ever created in the course of the show.

Re: Supernatural Season 9

Its a show that I watch out of habit, it still is entertaining in parts, but wow has it gone way beyond its expiration date. Everyone has already died and gone to hell/heaven/purgatory 10 times over, and heck they beat Satan what was it, 3-4 seasons ago?

It looks like they are waiting for 'God' to return from wherever he is and declare the battle over...but I wounder if the final storyline of the show will indeed center around a real meeting with 'God', however the show is gonna portray it, or they're gonna leave the whole thing ambiguous with Sam and Dean driving off into the sunset continuing their demon fighting adventures indefinitely.
