Re: Justice League

Stana Katic as Wonder Woman is what I heard a while back, haven't seen anything recently.

Reynolds as Lantern is just meh, almost as bad as booking Bradley Cooper as FLASH.

Re: Justice League

Just got back from seeing Man of Steel from the first time, and I wonder why people hate it.
I loved the movie. Some minimal plot holes (same as Dark Knight Rises) but all round enjoyed it.

EDIT: Did anyone get to see the LexCorp sign on one of the gas tanks during the last fight between Zod & Superman? Was a pretty fucking cool Easter egg.

depends, some dislike it from a cinematic point of view, some dislike it because it completely misses the point of superman

IT DOESN'T HAVE SCENES I SAW IN THIS BOOK I LIKE.

Episode 90 - New Spider-man, Terminator & Arkham Knight

What a week for all the things we talk about! A new Spider-man, news on a solo Batman film, Suicide Squad and Star Trek (Track). Plus we get into Batman: Arkham Knight and what we sort of remember from all the Terminator movies. Thanks for listening!

Re: Justice League

Yeah I don't read comics.. the movie doesn't even have to relate to the comics if it doesn't want to. It's a different, more darker take on Superman.
I liked it, just because it's not faithful to the comics shouldn't be a reason to not like the movie.

Spoiler for Johnathan Kent:
The only thing I didn't really like was the Johnathan Kent death scene, felt it was massively cheesy. He died saving a dog? Lol. That was some dumb shit. But almost every about the movie I liked, I thought Cavill was a great casting as Sups, and Lois Lane did a good job aswel.. Kinda wish they brought in Lex at the end of the movie to explain how the city got fixed so quickly from all the destruction, but that and the Johnathan Kent scene is the only pet peeve I had about it.

Hopefully they go ahead with Justice League, I'd love to see some monster/beast like Doomsday or Darkseid as the main villain in the movie.

EDIT: Also keen if they decide to do a Flash movie, it'll be interesting how they go about it.

Re: Justice League

They should have had a scene during the Metropolis fight showing Lex in the penthouse of the Lexcorp building watching Superman fighting Zod. He has all the amunition he needs since the best argument will always be Earth was safe before Superman arrived and he indirectly caused all those deaths and the destruction of a lot of Metropolis.
