Basically in the 80's, if your movie's star was an action hero, a horror villain, or a car, you had my attention. Superman, Smokey and the Bandit, Lethal Weapon, Evil Dead, Star Wars, Elm Street, Toxic Avenger, Hellraiser (Yeah, I was allowed to watch whatever I wanted as a kid, and I am doing just fine as an adult, despite that lol). The 80's are my favorite time in movie history, even though it was probably the trashiest. The movies we get now blow that stuff out of the water, but a few classics still hold up.

Now I get to see deleted scenes for these movies I have watched repeatedly over the years and it seems to mean so much more than it does than when you buy a new movie and you know you can just watch all the extras right after. I didn't even know deleted scenes were a thing when I first watched Lethal Weapon, but years later when I saw the director's cut scene where Riggs takes out a schoolyard sniper, I was marking right out

Ulfric Stormcloak; not a racist, not a megalomaniac, not a savage, but a hero with heart & ambition.

All hail to Ulfric you are the High King
In your great honor we drink and we sing
We're the children of Skyrim and we fight all our lives
And when Sovngarde beckons everyone of us dies

We drink to our youth to the days come and gone
For the age of oppression is now nearly done
