Does anyone watch movies on Neflix? A couple questions

I got it a couple weeks ago and almost every movie I search for is either unavailable or available only on DVD. Anyone else have this problem?

Also I thought they updated new movies every week? Silver Linings Playbook came out a couple weeks ago but it's still not available on Netflix. How long does it actually take to update new movies? It sure isn't every week like they say.

You dont get new movies on Netflix if you are on Instant Streaming. You will get Silver Linings Playbook only through DVD for the time being. Netflix update every day with the streaming and go to instantstreaming.com for the list of stuff that is online.

I didn't know that, is Hulu or another service any better at getting newer movies out fast?

Re: Does anyone watch movies on Neflix? A couple questions

Hulu has few movies, and even fewer TV shows. Hulu is only useful if you missed a show and couldn't record it. Hulu only has a few episodes from each season (unlike NetFlix who will have entire seasons of certain shows), but it offers more shows and current seasons of more shows. for example, the most recent big bang theory season, there are like 4 episodes from it on Hulu. They'll usually have the most recent episode on for a few weeks and take it off.

I used a free trial for a missed Raw, never signed up after I found that out ^^^.

Netflix is how the other's say. If you don't have a DVR, Hulu isn't the worst thing, but I don't think it's worth it.
