What is marvel's obsession with making it's superhero movies into love stories about a guy that happens to be a super hero? Thought I was watching Iron Man not "THE STORY OF TONY STARK AND PEPPER AS A COUPLE". Ugh.
Also Tony Stark came off as a moron multiple times in the film. Hard to believe someone who apparently meticulously plans things out also does retarded things like giving the world his home address where his girlfriend lives.
This movie was decidedly OK. Fell apart at the end IMO. Didn't mind the Mandarin "twist" at all (saw it coming, dude was obviously a puppet first time you see it's a studio and what's his face isn't even a little bit nervous), definitely some hilarious moments in the film which was nice.
Definitely liked the theme of somebody controlling both sides of the war on terror, AKA how things actually are in real life.
