Re: VIKINGS

It already passed what a mini series would be, and I think history is going to keep it around due to ratings and reviews. Would be stupid to not keep it around.

But yea theres plenty of stories to tell, and since there not going for 100 percent accuracy it has the option of going as long as it wants.

Go to wikipedia, and check Series overview. Even if Wikipedia isn't the best source, just think about it. The plague already hit, the daughter died, a new son will be born. Season 2 will be the last, I read the book as well. That's how I'm sure.

The only reason it has 2 seasons is because only 2 seasons have been announced and greenlit. They can't list like 5 seasons because we only know if there is going to be another season usually through the present season, depending how well it does. That's why tv shows get renewed.

And you read one of the many books about Ragnar? Okay, well you do realize the series isn't 100 percent accurate anyway and isn't going to follow every historic event to a tee. Your just speculation and evidence is horrible.

Re: VIKINGS

Amazing finale. Loved every part of it. Nine episodes is short but I'm sure History didn't know how big of a hit they had with this. I can't wait for season two. Fantastic season. Loved it!

Re: VIKINGS

I'm already going through withdrawal. This was one of my favorite shows of the year. Can't wait for next season. I had no idea Ragnar was based on a real person until about the 6th episode. I just assumed he was a character created out of thin air.

Re: VIKINGS

Really considering rewatching this series already. Got in the habit of knocking out this and GOT together and as much as GOT is still awesome I can't help but palpably feel the lack of Vikings in my schedule.

Same here. Vikings was such a pleasant surprise with how good it was. There aren't many shows that do so much with so little.
