Tywin and Tyrion was the best scene for sure. Barristan's re-introduction was great too.

Mance wasn't at the feast, though. And Jon wasn't really either, he was outside when he met Jaime. I felt the replacement speech he gave was good, anyway. Oh, and Mance was better than I expected!

Ros/Shae scene was something I could have really done without. Other than that - the Margaery stuff was good. I also felt the pacing of the episode and the time given to the stories felt right, never felt like we were jumping around.

Oh, I had a problem with Sam going from surrounded to running and no White Walkers in site. That was lazy and they just wanted a cool cliffhanger last year. Which is fine, but it *is* lazy.

Nice way to open.

The scene with Tywin and Tyrion was great. I felt a sting when Tywin started insulting him.

Tywin is boss again, sick speech. Best part of the show.

Enjoyed Barristan's re-introduction. Glad they didn't insult our intelligence and go through the way he's introduced in the book, since that doesn't work in a visual story.

Kinda disappointed we didn't get to see one of the new characters, probably next week.

Okay was that Winterfell that Robb, Cat and Roose went to with all the dead bodies or was that Harrenhal?

Harrenhal.

They reference being outside it earlier - and that's where the Mountain was last season.

edit: Cersei's "I'd heard you'd lost your nose", line was funny.

Definitely Harrenhal, didn't look like Winterfell in the slightest. Not to mention it couldn't be Winterfell due to later developments.
