I dunno if i agree or not. Joffrey tortured and killed a woman just to practice his new weapon, wants to serve Rob's head on a plate to Sansa on his wedding day and gets his kicks off others misery. Ramsay is just as sadistic i'd say but i need to know more about him, Theon isn't exactly innocent. So far Joffrey has been cruel to even the nicest people who don't deserve it, wheras Ramsay i've only seen torture Theon who though he might not deserve all the torture is guilty to some degree.

But i will say Ramsay definitely has the more evil sadistic looking face

It would be awesome seeing Joffrey and Ramsay as partners. The amount of sick, twisted and creepy shit they'll do together would be something.

Lol that would be something to see. They do seem like they'd be brothers.

Joffrey is a spoilt little brat on a power trip high. He's born of incest, he seems not quite right in the head. Ramsey, however, is very sadistic. He seems to like the games and the pain he inflicts.

Either way, they are both as bad as eachother.

Ramsay makes Joffrey look like a care bear. They're not "as bad as each other". Joffrey doesn't hunt women for sport. Joffrey is Viserys level bad, Ramsay is Gregor level bad.

Not to mention, Joffrey is easily manipulated out of playing his torture games by real leaders like Tywin and Tyrion because he's so cowardly and weak willed. Ramsay is not.

Yeah, but we have to remember that Joffrey is only 12 years old, and look at the shit he's already done. I know he's 17 in the show, but it's still worth to mention his true age. Ramsay looks to be in his 20's.

It should be pointed out that the age of majority is 16 though. So he's only 2 years away from majority.

And it's not only Snow, Robb is 14 too when the story starts, Dany is 12, Sansa is 11...

How much further off the deep end is a kid who wants to serve a girl her brothers head at his wedding going to get? He's already fucked up beyond belief.

Still, there's a clear difference between them. Joffrey just likes body count, he wants people dead. Ramsay likes slow, methodical, mental breakdowns of people through psychological and physical torture. I guess you could make the argument that Joffrey is doing that to Sansa but it's not exactly the same as what Ramsay is doing to Theon because she's still free as has other people around to help her deal with him. When Sansa tells Joffrey after Ned's death, "you promised to be merciful", and he says "I was. I gave him a quick death". As warped as that sounds, it's kinda true. He could've had Ned burned alive or something like the Mad King did to his brother but he got it over with, with one stroke. If Ramsay was king he would've skinned Ned alive and then used his skin as a cloak.
