A bunch of the scenes in Louie are influenced by his earlier routines so you may recognize some of the jokes.

I do agree. Hallie from the Unlovables!

Louis CK is probably the biggest comic right now, no?

I will disagree with the OP, because that Kevin Bridges show was a real let-down.

I also wouldn't recommend any recent Jimmy Carr. Lost his edge.

Eddie Izzard
Eddie Izzard
Eddie Izzard
Oh, and anything from Eddie Izzard

If you can get some George Carlin stuff, that's called classics
If you want comedy with music by a swearing shoeless aussie, Tim Minchin is the man

Jack Whitehall. This day has been coming for a long time Seabs

I saw Jim Jeffries Alcoholicaust recently and thought he was pretty damn funny. Carlin is always great, also really enjoy Kirk Fox.

Joey Coco Diaz, also known as, Mad Flavor.

The guy is a fucking comedy genius. He's got the funniest stories to ever be told.

Everyone needs to give the Testicle Testaments series a download.

Touche.

Let's be honest though you'd just smooth talk me around to dropping that idea and watching Battlestar Galatica together.

Anything Bill Hicks. Rant in E-Minor is probably my favorite work of his, but pretty much anything he did was gold.

George Carlin is another must in the "pick anything and you're good" category.
