They're going pretty heavy on the character gimmicks. Tad worried they'll all become parodies of themselves by the end of the season. Abed's kinda already there and Jeff, Britta and Troy are in that direction.

How could anyone miss the Chang/Pierce reverse?

As i said before, i liked this episode. It wasn't the funniest but it was a good Halloween ep. The only thing i didn't particularly like is again, a blatent rehashing of an old storyline/ep. Pierce already kinda did this when he was bequeathing things to them when he overdosed on pills. That time is was because he felt he didn't get enough respect and the group was doing things without him. This time its b/c they were going to Vicky's party without him.

Honestly, I realized Abed was never going to be anything other than a caricature of a caricature when they did the Abed/Jesus episode. And that's fine, if that's what they want to do with Abed, whatever, just stop doing Abed-centric episodes and let him be the observer please. But don't do it to anyone else.

Liked that episode a lot, but to be fair Jeff/Annie is my everything so yeah. ANNIE WINGER.

The Abed stuff wasn't that funny. Troy/Britta actually seemed to improve this episode. Pierce bowing down to Thoraxis at the end made me fucking .

I wish these episodes were a little longer. Seems like they wanna do more than what they have time for, and so the plotlines all come off a bit rushed.
