The ending was in Abed's head hence the laughtrack. I didn't find that segment funny though.

I think my favorite part (I missed the first few minutes) was the idea of The Dean buying the Condo next to Jeff's.

I've seen review after review and there's so much bitching about this episode feeling off just because Harmon is no longer part of the production team. Fuck that noise.

The show didn't feel off at all. I think people expected it to be and they are just going with their preconceived notions. This show felt about the same way the season 2 and 3 premieres did. A kickstart to good times.

At the very least all the actors are still on their game. But yeah, while not an instant classic, shit was funny and off kilter enough.

Episode was very average imo. Most of the stuff in Abed's head was rubbish, felt like i had seen it all before (which i have seeing as its very similar to the claymation christmas ep). I liked the Hunger Games parody, pretty much everything with Jeff was great, Troy/Britta is woefully unfunny and Pierce didn't have to do much. Hoping it picks up a lot, it had a few laughs but overall too much stuff that just wasn't funny.
