First anyone wondering about the source, they're the ones who leaked the TMNT reboot script. Second, the roster kind of sucks tbh, but if they can give each character enough time like Wheddon did with Avengers then it should still be fun to watch, and no Martian Manhunter is pretty shitty.

I can live with that. They're going with the ones everybody knows, which is probably the right choice. Fact is, most people except DC comic enthusiasts or people like myself who splurged on the cartoons have no idea who the Manhunter even is, and he'd have to get his own movie to explain his story appropriately, or he'd just be out of place amongst the known ones, and I just don't see a Manhunter movie doing well at the box office.

As for Aquaman, fuck him, it's Aquaman. The Dane Cook of Superheroes, to spin around a phrase from the great Sterling Archer.

Personally, the hype for this is going to kill me all because of Superman. Cannot stand the character. At least with The Avengers, I reasonably liked all of them with Thor half and half. Just don't see anything in Superman.

Rest of the characters who made it are alright, I don't really have much of a problem.

I'm not sure how much most of you are into the JLA, but really they kinda fucked up. The first appearance of JLA, the line up is Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman and Martian Manhunter, and they have been the original and leading members since. So dropping out just two of the originals kinda makes it look like they really don't want to bother writing everyone. Almost like a cash in sequel, only it's not a sequel. But, I was pretty much fully expecting them to drop at least one person anyway since there is literally no chance of us getting movies leading into this when there's only two years left aside from maybe Man of Steel.
