Ok, he did seem only super strong in that particular cartoon back in the 90's.

Not really, he has moderate super strength and Spider sense which tbf is bad ass but thats about it.

Not really. He briefly strangled him with one of his arm coils, and the Hulk eventually let him transform him into something that last an issue.
Namor is able to hang with him.
Magneto split his ass into pieces. Apocalypse is powerful, but his biggest problem is consistent writing. His power levels fluctuate a lot.

The only enemy I thought was an actually threat to Spidey was Venom, and when all the enemies had to team up to fight Spiderman. Spiderman seems pretty damn durable for someone who inherited the powers of a spider. lol
